  • Certain imported products may become unavailable without notice.

If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we may:

  • Issue a refund for the unavailable item

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a refund will be issued where applicable.

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. (Normally in 2-3 weeks from order and payment date) Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Public holidays

  • Transportation disruptions

We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.

 

7. Chocolate & Heat Conditions

Due to Panama’s warm climate, chocolates and certain products may soften or melt during transport.

South African Goodies uses protective packaging and takes reasonable precautions to reduce heat exposure, but cannot guarantee products will arrive in perfect solid condition during hot weather.

Melted or softened chocolate does not qualify for refunds or replacements unless the product is otherwise damaged or unsafe.

 

8. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details regarding:

  • Non-returnable products

  • Damaged goods

  • Incorrect orders

  • Refund eligibility

We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our discretion.
